Every great empire begins with a single step. For Vinay Kumar, the Founder and Managing Director of Caris Integrated Services Private Limited, that step was taken as a daily wage promoter.
From the Ground Up
The story of Caris is not just about business; it is about the relentless pursuit of growth. Vinay’s career began in the trenches of the service industry. By working as a daily wage promoter and later as a freelancer for various companies across India, he gained an unfiltered understanding of ground-level operations, consumer behavior, and the value of hard work.
The Path to Leadership
The transition from the field to the boardroom was paved with dedication, rising through the ranks as an Executive, Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Manager. This diverse experience across multiple roles provided him with a 360-degree view of corporate management and operational excellence. After successfully co-founding the RICHVIN GROUP in partnership, Vinay realized his ultimate vision: creating a legacy that integrates multiple service sectors under one roof of excellence.
